A homeowner in Derry, NH hired us to design and build a 2nd floor addition over his existing garage. With this small space we were able to carefully plan out every inch of space to maximize this addition to include everything the homeowner had envisioned for his space. Including a 2nd living room, custom fireplace, closet, and a beautiful bathroom with a custom tile shower with glass doors, and a small deck so he could enjoy his view of Beaver Lake.
